The aerial views (#1, #2, #3) show the strategic context — Vista Serena at 400 ft elevation within the Miches corridor, 2h from Punta Cana International Airport, anchored by low-density zoning that institutional brands (Four Seasons, Méliá, Club Med) specifically chose.
The Lot B + Talipot views (#7, #10, #11, #12) are the proof of concept. Talipot Boutique Lodge is actively under construction on the same hilltop.
