• Where is Vista Serena located?
  Vista Serena is located in Miches, El Seibo Province, in the northeast of the Dominican Republic. Set on elevated land, the estate offers 360° panoramic views of both the ocean and the surrounding mountains. Here on Google Map

• How large is the estate and how many plots are available?
  The estate spans 9 hectares and includes 6 exclusive plots, ranging in size from 7,000 m² to over 30,000 m².

• Are the plots serviced?
  Plots are sold “as is” (raw land). Electricity is already available on-site, and water access is only 1.5 km away, making development straightforward.

• What kind of projects can I develop?
  You have full architectural freedom for either personal or commercial use: luxury villas, private residences, boutique hotels, eco-lodges, or sustainable tourism projects.

• Are the property titles secure?
  Yes. Some plots (B, C, and D) already have clear property titles. The others are in the final stages of processing, always with full legal support.

• Is the estate affected by seaweed (sargassum)?
  Thanks to its location north of Punta Cana, Miches is far less affected by sargassum than other Dominican beaches.

• Can I visit the estate before purchasing?
  Yes. We organize private visits by appointment, with transportation available from Punta Cana. If you are unable to travel, we also offer live virtual tours via video conference, directly from the estate.
