For a project of Vista Serena's magnitude, a soil study is not an option—it is an absolute guarantee of safety. Our teams are currently deploying heavy equipment to probe the depths of your future land.

Uncompromising Technical and Legal Requirements:

1. A Premium Study for Maximum Safety: Dominican law and international construction standards are strict: they require between 2 and 3 deep drill holes (minimum 5 meters / 16 feet) per construction. This represents a significant financial investment for the project, but it is the only way to guarantee the stability of your villa against time and the elements.

2. Precision in Structural Calculation: These drillings allow us to analyze the exact geology beneath each lot. This data is essential for engineers to calculate, to the millimeter, the dimensioning of foundations and earthquake-resistant structures.

3. Obtaining Final Permits: This complete technical file is the centerpiece for obtaining final authorizations from the Ministry of Public Works. At Vista Serena, every step must be legally validated before the first shovel hits the ground for the main structure.
